Our facility makes all attempts to provide a 'home like' atmosphere for your dogs. We strive to provide an environment where your dogs can play, nap, and interact with other dogs throughout the day. We pamper your dogs as we do our own.
We want your dogs stay at K-9 Retreat to be fun and safe. Toward that effort, please fill out the forms found under the 'reservation forms' link above and e-mail or fax them to us. The completed forms can also be brought in during drop off of your pet(s). Further reservation information can also be found under this link. |

We offer an 'all day all play' facility and our inclusive pricing policy means that we do not charge additional fees for extra play time or attention for dogs participating in group play. |

While we hope that all of our canine guests can participate in group play there may be times when this is not preferable. For these canine guests we can provide personal one-on-one attention for a small additional fee. |

|
Spay and Neuter
K-9 Retreat is an all spay and neuter facility. The only exceptions to this policy are: |
|
|
|
1. Puppies under 6 months of age.
2. Dogs with medical conditions with documentation from their veterinarian.
3. Show dogs with proper documentation.
Please help control pet over population by spaying or neutering your pets.

Rabies - every 3 years
DHLPP - every 12 months
Kennel Cough (Bordetella)
Intra-nasal - every 6 months
Injection - every 12 months

All pets must have current vaccinations on file for all reservations
It is your responsibility to have your vet fax over your dog(s) shot records or to bring it with you when you drop off your pet(s). Our fax number is (512)519-4646.
Flea and Tick Treatment
For the protection of your dog and other K-9 Retreat guests, we require all dogs to be on a monthly Flea and Tick Treatment. In the event your dog has fleas or ticks we will charge $30.00 for a medicated bath treatment.

Aggressive and/or Destructive Dogs
We accept dogs who
can not participate in
group play. However,
all dogs must be
people friendly. We
can not offer day
care or boarding for
dogs who we find to
be aggressive or
destructive.

Mon. - Fri. 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sat. - Sun. 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed daily from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. for dog naps

Our Cancellation Policy
K-9 Retreat offers flexibility with
reservation additions and
changes. We require 48 hours
notice when cancelling a
reservation. Less than 48 hours
notice will incur a 50% charge
of the reserved time. Future
reservations will not be honored
until payment is received.

Items From Home
Feel free to bring anything from home to make your dog(s) stay more comfortable. However, please don't bring items that you wouldn't want washed or possibly destroyed. We provide bowls, dog beds, chews, treats, and toys. We also have additional items for sale in our retail area.
Personal Items
In an effort to return items brought from home, please label all items (including leashes).

Food
You are welcome to bring your own dog food from home, either in a sealed plastic container or pre-portioned into zip lock bags (pre-portioning into zip lock bags is helpful but not mandatory). Keeping your dog on their own food helps avoid digestive upset. However, if you prefer not to bring your own food we are happy to provide ultra premium Natural Balance dog food at no additional charge.

Medications
We will administer medications for no additional charge. Please help us by sorting, pre-portioning & making notes on the medication containers.
We are certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.

We accept the following types of payments:
Cash/Check, Visa/Mastercard and Discover. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
